Do you offer payment plans?

If your vacation is 60 days out or more, Travel Time offers payment plans. After a low deposit between $50-250 is paid towards your vacation, you will have until 30-45 days prior to your trip to pay off your balance. Payments can be made monthly or at your leisure. Specifics on deposit amount and payment deadline will be provided with your quote.

Do you recommend travel insurance?

Absolutely! Unforeseen circumstances can arise at any time from a family emergency to illness, so it’s best to protect your investment. If you book a trip with us and choose not to purchase insurance, we require you to sign a form stating you understand the risk.

What exactly does my research fee cover?

For those interested in a trip that requires a research fee, the fee covers a detailed quote of 3-5 lodging options in up to 2 different locations, online invoicing for each person in your party, and assistance with your vacation from the planning stage until your return from your vacation. Specific research fee costs are outlined on our travel inquiry page.

Quotes will not be sent until the deposit is paid, if applicable.
